*There is a £5 booking fee for your appointment which is then taken off your teatment total.
* Once your payment has been paid online I will receive notification automatically &
I will then confirm to you your appointment has been secured.
* Should you no show or cancel within 24hrs prior to your appointment, then your booking fee money is forfeited & is non refundable.
*Payments for treatments remain the same method cash, or bank transfer unfortunately I don't have card facilities in the salon & am trialing this system. So it will only be the booking fee I can take for now.
*Please come alone to your appointment, I am currently unable to allow guests to use the sofa area. Please arrive on time for your appointment, if you are early please wait in your car until your appointment time or until I invite you in.
*Under no crcumstance will you be allowed in, when another client is having their treatment this will also include knocking.
Please be patient as like many other facilities I may not always run 100% on time.
*If you are running late then please let me know as I run a tight diary, and need to allow correct times in between for next client set up.
*Appointments can be made via phone, text or my facebook business page only.

*if you are a regular client & wish to book multiple appointments you will need to pay this initial fee to secure your appointment slots & leave the money in situ to enable this to roll over each time.
*If you are unwell or have signs of being unwell then please cancel within 24hrs to rearrange your appointment. If you arrive to your appointment and I believe you to be unwell then I will have the right to refuse your treatment and you will forfeit your booking fee.
